I’m born and raised in Hawaii and I love Li Hing Mui. This tequila is high quality and fun to drink. I would totally recommend if you want something a little sweeter but still agave forward and different.

Like a handful of salted chocolate caramel pretzels and sour orange candies.
Ingredients
| Kapena Li Hing Tequila | 2 oz |
|---|---|
| Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice | 1 oz |
| Pineapple Juice | 1.5 oz |
| Agave Syrup | 0.5 oz |
Directions
Shake ingredients with ice and pour into ice-filled glass rimmed with kosher salt or li-hing powder. Garnish with pineapple slice.

Directions
Take all ingredients except ginger beer and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain over new ice in a glass or copper mug and top with ginger beer. Gently stir and garnish.
